I'd expect news of "further funding" after commercial sales is announced, by then it should be substantially higher. If it's before, the board is truly retarded, with no lessons learned. Keep in mind that's exactly what happened recently - and then they said "Hurrhurr oops".

If KLL can however, achieve funding externally without CR, we should see a solid upwards trend. It's certainly possible if they can provide evidence to their senior lenders and to K+S that things are now truly under control, and commercial sales are imminent.
