If by "the long term economics" you mean the historical pricing then, yes, there was an old assumption that 73 cents would be the case. But that was a long time ago and bears no relevance to the latest pricing estimates, especially since the price of the end product has risen so dramatically since then. I'm not sure why you have even raised this old issue (again).
