This sentence from the announcement is interesting; "...The extent of this additional funding requirement is dependent on a range of physical and commercial factors that are still being assessed..."

The only commerce that KLL will be engaged in is the selling of SOP. In other words, sales are now legitimately being taken into consideration as a source of funding - and thus gives me more confidence that things are really are getting back on track. Ironically, this comment gives me more confidence than all the other stuff they say, because it appears to unintentionally suggest production is imminent.

Or maybe I've started to read the wording too carefully after KLL did a dodgy last time.
