You are certainly right. We've been here before and they screwed everyone over with deceitful practice.

Despite all that's said, I still think CR is almost guaranteed based on history, and I'd estimate (though don't quote me on it) it'll be around 20-40mil, representing another hefty dilution. They had 40mil left in bank as of 31st of March. Those funds will probably start running low soon. Price for the last few months is sub 10c, and will probably stay around there until we get past the CR, so I'd guess a raising would be at like 8c?
