A whole new world opens up to secure funds once production and sales begin. Don't forget that some institutions won't allow investments where there is no revenue. Their customers stand to make a lot of money reselling SOP so they will be as keen as anyone to assist with funds if it means they get more SOP to sell. A CR can't be ruled out but if it is needed after sales start and the SOP price remains high then the raise will be smaller and dilution limited.
