If there was inside concern about the CR failing, it'd probably be logical to stop hiring. Perhaps a little light showing through. At the very least administration doesn't seem as likely anymore, which means KLL still holds sound value as a long-term stock. Still plenty of if's and variables, but that's the game I guess.
