Hmm. Though sentiment is still sour (mine included), this announcement gives me a little more confidence. Good to see they are still advertising and filling production related positions too, as that provides some comfort that there's no trouble on the legal front as of now. If there was inside concern about the CR failing, it'd probably be logical to stop hiring. Perhaps a little light showing through. At the very least administration doesn't seem as likely anymore, which means KLL still holds sound value as a long-term stock. Still plenty of if's and variables, but that's the game I guess.
