In reading the through the 'Quarterly Activities Report' IMO it has lots of positive, encouraging news under the 'Quarter Highlights' for all bullet points, especially bullet point 4 as it states 'letters of support have been received from Governors of all soums' for the intended road alignment route, now time to get a move on Aspire ....
