“they don't necessarily have to convert 100% of their product to 999 silver, they could just do a percentage of it”- honestly sounds like more trouble than it’s worth.
If this was a “thing” whereby a producer becomes a seller of pure metal - someone would have done it by now. Notwithstanding the unique situation you keep bringing attention to regarding the lack of physical metal.
Share price would move better with some confirmation on the silver recovery etc… or Boppy gold. Maybe Dennis can put his hand in his pocket and personally pay off the debt and remove the cloud hanging over the ledger?
