Parlava of responses? You had me digging out the dictionary there for that one.
The silver price manipulators cannot move the price below a certain point that is their own choosing, it was around $16 for a long time, which is now revalued at $21 due to 2020 printing. This must be their estimated value to keep silver production at a certain level without creating a massive issue. I feel like they are a step behind reality since the silversqueeze and are struggling right now with the physical supply problem.
John Adams did an interview on Friday I believe, and yes I know he is a stuttering stanley that is hard to watch and needs a couple courses in media training, but he raises a good point into the mainstream. What can stop the silver and gold manipulation? The only thing I think most people agree upon is an actual physical supply problem. Silver is the hardest problem for them to solve because so much of it has been wasted industrially, so much is still needed every year, and ~20% of silver supply globally is from SCRAP silver. So recycled silver, which as can be seen by supply problems in all the secondhand silver stores, is becoming harder and harder to find. Why would scrap silver retailers sell their stuff at spot to typical refiners when they can get +25% over that at retail?
The physical silver supply problem just keeps getting spicier as the days wind on. Even though China and Russia seem completely inept from understanding the silver to USD weakness, they cannot keep believing that surely? Is that why we are seeing higher silver demand in the Asian markets now? Maybe. We will likely see some rebound in silver price in the next week but I think all of us who are keen in seeing this play out fully keep up taking physical silver supply away from the market.
