A 'longer term investment' is it now? Where are those near term billions of dollars.
From where will EPM get its next lot of funding? It is certainly going to need it, given that its agreement with Cerium requires EPM to pay $20 million dollars to Cerium by the time EPM gets its exploitation licence.
