    who do you think has been selling?

    Where does this company update its top 20 shareholders? All other companies do this.

    You need to ask yourself why doesn’t the company update its top 20 shareholders monthly like all other companies do.

    Cerrium will if the company ever gets this project off the ground need to pay them another $20m in stock.

    The cerium share holding is a massive noose around the share price.

    whilst they are on the register the share price will never run.

    its that simple.
