likely the activity is occurring below the Top 20, where there is no visibility.
In secondary accounts, possibly different entities (and trading accounts) .
if you compare the prior years Top 20's there is a bit of movement between #15 --> #20.
And that's not to suggest the former #15 --> #20 have sold, but they hadn't accumulated anymore and other holders have accumulated more and got up on the list. A while back #20 holder was about 8M shares only, its now 12M etc.
