Last one and I go to bed. If you struggle with maintenance with new machinery... wait until it is 5 -10 years old.....
problem here I think is the lack of own staff. It is all contracted, and they don't take ownership of things.
You need the philosophy where employees care and nurse their equipment, tools as if it were their own.
