It makes sense. In the end of the day they take all conc.. paying premium. Which e25 can't produce with profit so it is a risk for OMH.
they can deploy equipment from closed mine, bring know how from SA mines, expand, mNSO4 in Sarawak, etc etc. Better logistics, connections, banking.
