The issue for any placee is that once the funds are placed the possibility of exploration and any other technical work, (ie the value creation steps), happening is uncertain going on past performance. It could just go to paying the forever recurring debt pile.
Meanwhile no one knows if there's actually sufficient magnesite in the ground to support any type of project development.
