Good pop yesterday.
This is a very tightly held stock and can move on a dime.
Even now at $20m MC this is still undervalued compared to its peers which have lower grade sand and on crown land with environmental issues albeit more advanced studies.
IND has exceptional grade, low impurities, private farming land with a MRE and scoping study due this quarter.
Would like to see management give an indication of indicative sale prices via a MOU or BOA.
