I like the narrative given about IND, but one question i have, is the sub-contractor washing the sand. My understanding is that the washing plant will cost about $3m.
i see this cost as being prohibitive for any sub-contractor. I think IND will need to come to the party with helping to obtain the funding for this equipment.
