Totally agree with that assessment. One thing that one must keep in mind, now that we know that the company has got no issues with the technical data , is that they sought an extension of time of DD to deal with stakeholders.... This is a little different to not completing the technical review......
It is right under these circumstances to assume that the stakeholder issues are by no means a minor setback, and hence the the market reaction IMO... Having said that , the last announcement appears to be more bullish than the first one for an extension of DD.
Lets hope that the deal goes ahead , and then we may look at $100 M plus MC
