Thank you for the specific dates of option expiry and also the list of the 5 broad area's from the previous Ann. I did not recall that. Based on the Quarterly in "activities subsequent.." they will likely be spending most of this quarter on bench scale to define "optimal process conditions" which I presume will then be upscaled to the pilot. So I suppose the pilot plant isn't holding things up for now.
I missed on the first read that EPC has submitted their feasibility proposal as of late July. Hopefully we hear back from that by next quarter.

You are right about the legal difficulties but its major reputational damage to the resource company if it gets messy. So hopefully that helps our cause.
