The IP thing . . . In some ways, having a monster company on the wrong side of the leak is a good thing. If it's just a small local company that's dropped the info, there's no money there to claim, even if the NDA violation causes all sorts of grief. A larger company fights harder, but could potentially fund a bigger payout. How they'd figure the payout on such a long term proposition is another matter.

In any case, it was good to see PWN stating their point and getting it on the public record. Maybe NDA violations are considered part of continuous disclosure.
