    Well seeing as Vanadium is a main part of steel production and china being the largest steel producer and consumer. Their market has tanked hard with steel producers there looking at going under and output has significantly decreased. Their housing market is faltering as well. If they aren't consuming there will be significantly less demand for Vanadium. Its not helping the price that's for sure.
