I can't remember any annt on the loan facilities either, but maybe there was. The cashflow definitely indicates it was drawn up before the end of the qtr. In any case, was pleasing to get a no fuss qtrly out of the way and set the tone that all is progressing well, if not as smoothly as first anticipated.
I liked the fact that ASM have recognised...'that megatrends, including geopolitical and govt initiatives, as well as increased interest from end users (inc from the US), represents a significant opportunity for ASM resulting in the apptment of a mktg consultant. Fairly impressive resume, as pointed out by @TnC2....refer below.
The other bit I like from the qrtly, was what WASN'T in it......no mention, nor indication, that the business/coy has been put on the mkt for sale...hopefully that puts that discussion to rest...
