So my take on this report is that a lot of things are going on behind the scenes that cant be disclosed due to constant discussions and non-disclosure responsibilities from ASM and the negotiating governmental parties in Korea and the US. The photos, press releases and assoc. info that ASM have released as well as the great detective work of some of the great contributors to this forum that found those Korean publications, back this theory up IMO. The Commissioning paragraph on pg 2 doesn't really say either way if there are still "bottlenecking" issues that have been addressed, but the company is working through their scalability issues to increase to larger volumes of commercial sales. We have a little over 12 months worth of cash in the bank before any capital would be needed to be raised, so really hoping we start reporting next quarter that the KSM is generating cash for the company and potentially some grants from state/federal government come in to expedite what is obviously as pressing issue for our country to get this thing MOVING! Already looking forward to October 28th
