Buddy you only need to pay 1c per option now.
Example... if you hold say 100,000 shares on closing date, then you can buy 50,000 options at $0.01 = $500
Its an additional 25c if you want to convert options to heads = 50,000 X 0.25 = $12,500
So each share will end up costing 26c, if you convert to heads.
