LG has in house legal teams. They need work.
Auz has lawyers on their board. They likely need/want to use their skills.

A pro forma document with no fixed timelines ( goal posts already moved once ), no penalties & no financial support? If anyone thinks that’s a hard thing to put together I envy them.

Like it or not my way of understanding things has been proven valid multiple times over the course of 4 years while the pro Auz side’s method has failed to foresee outcomes at every step.

Lets test our understanding again, shall we?
I see no spin offs, funding or BFS revision this financial year.

Why? Because the quarterly reminds me that they are in a catch 22 cash wise- they don’t have the funds to meaningfully progress the tenements or to do the spin offs or BFS. At best I expect straight sales of tenements- that’s cheaper to promote/execute than a spin off.

I believe it will be small exploration/drilling programs to hang on to the tenements ( have to keep working them or risk losing them ), the conclusion of the current CR & very likely another one at a 20% discount which would drag the SP down even further. A price of 5~ cents come December is very likely.
