• A mining lease application will be lodged at the appropriate time during 2022.
The Dome North lithium Mineral Resource remains the only Australian lithium Mineral Resource not yet
subject to an offtake commitment.
The Company is presently engaged in ongoing discussions with various local and international lithium
participants interested in off-take and/or investment."

I like it too. The only Australian lithium asset not subjected to an offtake yet. Gives ESS a lot of leverage in its ongoing discussions for offtake/financing/buyout.
