People have to understand that this is what creates the moat between Talga and any other winky dink company , if it was easy Talga wouldn't be the only ones trying it.
i believe it will be permitted, thats why I'm long and happy to hold, others may not and i would be happy for them to put their money where their mouth is and build up their shorts. ill let you have my shares at $10, till then ill patiently wait.
