It clearly states that Natura2000 permit application was only submitted in February 2021.
Nope wrong again. Sweden mine permitting Process is as follows. And in order. Do some research it's well documented.
1. Conceptual Study.
2. Exploration Permit.
3. Exploration Results.
4. Natura2000 permit.
5. Exploitation Processing Consession permit.
6. Environmental permit.
Talga is currently at number 3. Still another 3 steps to go.
Remember the law is not changed yet, you still need Natura2000 permit.
