It really depends on how you view it,
1. if the other company you mention has the right MC, Talga is extremely overvalued,
2. if you assume Talga's MC is justified, the other company offers investors a 9-10x increase in value.
3. One is overvalued and one is undervalued, where a MC somewhere between $47mil and $420mil is justified.
