The quarterly mentions on several occasions that AVZI legally hold 75%. Was never an issue as advised by AVZ back in May and/or have since put this to bed. ASX would not let AVZ publish this without confirmation. Then the 15% is still under negotiation with the DRC Govt, so Z claim falling on deaf ears? Don't think arbitration will happen. In fact, this transaction to be discussed along with the collab agreement. Sounds like AVZ are close to locking it all in, hence the extra suspension. May get sorted with pen to paper today at the Council of Ministers meeting?
