Ive wondered if we build this new 800ktpa plant at townsville or...

Ive wondered if we build this new 800ktpa plant at townsville or closer to Mt Isa, as hinted in the last uodate, does this mean we have 2 operating plants and can get to 1m tonnes production a year? Originally i was under the impression that this was a modular setup and the new plant being considered is added on, but i doubt they will pull the current one apart and ship it to Townsville and have to re commission and have down time.
