Impending drill programme. I wonder how far into the future does 'Impending ' cover.

I'm quite critical of the process that allows mineral assets to be locked up continuously by certain companies, whilst there is no significant work activity. At the moment Winchester exploration should be in full swing - in another four months with the likely onset of the wet season field activity simply isn't an option. What's the likelihood for completion of a drilling program within the next 4 months (not the commencement but the completion of a programme)? I'd suggest its getting less and less likely by the month.
