Ref CR; They have a combined $62.4M in cash and credit, one would have thought that was enough to cover start-up and Opex costs for at least one qtr. The IO Constance deal and subsequent cash injection looks like it's hit red tape, so CR might be a response to that. The CR amount might be a good indicator. Either way I see insto involvement as generally bullish despite the dilution (assuming it's done at a discount).
