1.43 quarters of funding left, yet the ann. clearly states (8.8) that less than 2 quarters of funding needs explaining at 8.8.1,8.8.2 and 8.8.3, yet they right them as N/A.
If they can ignore the rules without explanation, what else is one to think?
And can they get away with that, I wonder.
