S2 management takes the unfashionable (to retail) no nonsense approach - they won't make an announcement unless there's a something meaningful. come across as boring because they will call a spade a spade and not make a song and dance about something subpar like most juniors.
retail hate it but most of their register are instos and movers & shakers that prefer the no BS so IMO it's understandable that they cater to their "demographic" for lack of a better term.
