Good to see the process now has a name LK Process as it will with success eventually replace the existing Kroll process.

It is also good to see them be upfront about potential issues that may impact the success of the commercialization of the KMP, at first it made me nervous but it is being open about any potential issues the plant may face.

So it is imperative that we get more offtake agreements to generate cash flow to offset the outflow of money

There are lots of discussions going on for offtakes and hopefully these will lead to agreements in the not-too-distant future. The offtakes discussions are spread over world, in Asia, Europe and the US. Let’s hope the expected material progress is realized in the Dec quarter.


I am holding out for the final approval for the DP as it is the key for the next steps for Dubbo, the issue of the notice to proceed for the EPC definition and the organization of the funding

They also mentioned that there is growing interest in the Hafnia and titanium

All up I think that the potential for the company still remains enormous but a few hurdles still be dealt with. I am still a buyer at these prices.
