Very good point . My post was getting a bit long , so I let that out ....but it certainly adds significant emphasis to the advancing negotiations .

Also interesting regarding teh EPCD "on going discussions " with Hyundia Engineering , as regards "pushing the button"on the (14 month? ) FEED STUDY . Whilst the Quarterly says its progressing it to a "seamless commencement ", I can't help but think that there are other parties and interests being "considered" to take on various aspects of the overall Toongi Development Plan ( eg power generation , sulphide production and supply , others ) ,
Further ..going back to work with ANSTO , or more product refinement ..in particular high value revenue items like Zirconia ( Metal ) and Hafnia .Obviously , growing demand for both ..and add to that Niobium growth demand . All add significantly to the bottom line ....and when Toongi gets rolling , ASM will want to make sure that they cover all bases for Plant Engineering , even tho ( like the South Korean Plant ) , the products come on line on a staggered basis .
