Whilst I don't disagree with you, I think context of where the company has come from does help. It does feel like these contracts are constantly just around the corner, but with no real defined date, metric or milestone to determine the contracts outcome (shared with us - I am sure there are some). Having said that, PWN has grown significantly over the past 18 months, execution on its strategy looks good, its signalling its all heading in the right direction, it's just really difficult to determine when the contracts should have or should be signed.
