Are things actually going backwards?
In the 6 October Operations Update:
"Steady operational performance with 15 wells online, producing at ~90 Mscfd and 30,000 BWPD"
In this report 28 October:
"With 17 wells now completed, water production rates in early October have accelerated to 30,000 BWPD and gas approaching 90 Mscfd"
Why say "at" 90 earlier and now only say "approaching" 90 unless production has fallen by enough to require a change in language?
