Yes that is my point, some previous announcements indicated the electrolyte plant is being built (present tense). Which in my opinion is misleading.
There is an agreement with US Vanadium to supply vanadium oxide to produce electrolyte.Also the electrolyte plant needs to be built within 10 months or USV walks.
