there is a whole public process to follow between ERD acceptance and publish for public review and ministerial approval - takes around 7 months as per as Schedule ASX 17/3.

Consider " EPA provides comment on first draft ERD (6 weeks from receipt of ERD) " which is at this moment running 5 weeks behind schedule, the EPA timetable set for AN is not worth the paper it is written on. Be kind and assume that the rest of the "indicative time line" are spot on, then earliest ministerial approval will be July 2023, if approval received Dec 2022.

Bruce has mentioned many times, construction will commence after Ministerial approval, so 1st Qtr 2024 seems optimistic for first production/commercial shipment.
