They're talking to someone and someone has figured FDR is going to pop, as it's dramatically undervalued.

I guess it doesn't matter. I'm set.
IMO, anything under 30 cents is great value if they nail down a couple farm out deals in the coming weeks.
Their 17-year track record in getting these done and the location of their leases tell me they're close, in this Oil environment.
I'm hanging around for 50+ cents where mgmt. profit options kick in.
