Given that this report reviews the past 3 months of activity, it contains no surprises, but it does reinforce a point made during the capital raise:
Investors should not anticipate a further capital raise associated with project funding.
If funding is achieved, investors should expect a re-rating of LPD by the market, as the project risk continues to decline. The pre-funding CR may well be the last before production and revenue.
