No, sqe is correct, you are wrong, the cash on hand has dropped by $17m but the actual spend was just over $26m for the quarter as I stated in my previous post also.
The discrepancy between those two numbers is due to currency fluctuation as they clearly state in the report. LKE gained $10m in exchange rate movements.
Read the actual details of reports, don't just skim and then tell other posters they are wrong when they are very clearly not.
