Yes and with almost 9% of the company needed to be bought back by the shorts they might want it to fail. Just say that the shorts started at $1.40 and stopped at 60 cents. That would suggest that there are lots of shorts currently underwater maybe not able to afford to buy those shares back maybe that's why they can't close because they can't scrape the money together, their only hope is a price crash.
