Seriously, I dont know mate. My best guess, is that they havent had the most steady hands for top management, project management and investor relations. Which is something that looks like they are starting to address. Its a transition from bootstrapping to where they are now. I dont think its as cyncial as fear of SP repercussions. Look at how they handled the "dispute" announcement.
I think theyve gotten better at it. They said the CEO would come in Sept or there abouts and they delivered. They stated that the on site plant would come shortly after and it did. Hopefully Stu, DD and the new management is setting about a culture change here.
