This update reads quite well - planning for the demo plant seems to be well advanced and on the face of it, the project is proceeding. Why else would you engage other companies to do prep work and hire workers ? I can't understand why they just don't signed a JV agreement and announce it. If I were FYI, I've be deeply unhappy that all this will be happening when there's no full contract in place. Seems to me like very bad business practice for FYI not to insist on it.
