    They said: increasing up to 30kt per month by February 2023 with a target 40kt from February 2024. Very vague and uncommitted forecast at best.

    They could be doing between 10kt and 30kt per month in 2023 and still meet the above.

    Someone reading that as Oct/Nov/Dec 2022 being 30kt per month is an incurable optimist.
