Yes ... you just can't make this stuff up and it's really too thinly traded to be manipulated by bots (no shorts etc).
So while Thomas is Tweeting positive stuff the ticker is contradicting him.
I guess an on market insider buy (I can't find TAR's blackout period definition in my first scan of their corporate governance report. For some it's as brief as two days after the half or full year report.) would turn the ship around.
Weird.
